- Product-minded engineers who want to own a slice end-to-end
- Builders with commercial instincts — you've sold things before, even if it wasn't your job title
- People who love the boring middle: data quality, retries, idempotency, reconciliation
- Strong writers — we write a lot of docs, postmortems, and customer notes
- High agency: you'd rather ship and iterate than schedule a meeting
- Comfortable with the fact that the best tooling for this stack barely exists yet
