We are the data controller for personal data collected via revai.tech and the data processor for any personal data you share with us as part of a RevAI deployment. You can contact us about this policy at hello@revai.tech.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Website visitors: essential session information such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
• Enquiries and demo requests: your name, work email address, company name, role, and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Customer contacts: where you engage RevAI to deliver a deployment, the personal data of your own team members and prospects that you provide or authorise us to process.

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a contract: to deliver the services you have engaged us to provide and to manage our relationship with you.
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, operate and improve the website, and run our business — balanced against your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: where you have explicitly opted in, for example to receive updates from us. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: where we are required by law to retain or share data.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Enquiry data is typically retained for 24 months. Customer deployment data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by our contract with you or by law. Essential website logs are rotated regularly.

We share personal data only with trusted sub-processors who help us deliver the service. These typically include hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email providers, and CRM platforms where required for your deployment. All sub-processors are contractually bound to protect personal data to the standards required by the UK GDPR.
